Howell Electric Ltd is proud to be a part of our most recent Industrial project, Merritt Green Energy Biomass Plant. The plant generates electricity by superheating wood residuals and sawdust, and using the gas and steam to turn the turbines. The 40 megawatt plant generates 285,000 megawatt hours of electricity per year; this is enough to power about 30,000 homes. With its complex components and equipment this was an exciting project for our Project Managers and Electricians. Howell Electric Ltd has a history of successfully delivering and meeting hard deadlines whether it be Industrial, Commercial, or Residential. We look forward to another project like this.
